Cali shook her head. Her aunt was anything but fun. She was strict and annoying and possibly worse than her parents had been. “Well, I was sent here to get “fixed” so just imagine how fun she is.” she said, rolling her eyes. “She hates like, everything I do.” The redhead knew, though, that even being forced to live with her aunt wouldn’t change her habits. She was who she was and she had been that way all her life. It was just always going to be that way. Cali watched Jake stand up. “Then let’s cause a ruckus!” she suggested. “Do something fun, at least, because just getting high and swinging does nooottthhing!” Suddenly, she found her self stand as well, staring that the newly lit joint in the boy’s hand. It tempted her to walk in that direction and Cali found herself beside Jake. “Where are we even going?” the girls asked, slyly taking the joint out of his hand. She inhaled it slowly, smiling in satisfaction.

“A ruckus?” Jake couldn’t helped but start laughing, and his laughing turned into something else as he lost his footing in the sand. He felt himself stumbling over his feet with his legs slipping underneath himself. Jake slid backwards feeling the world disappear and suddenly he was tumbling into the sand. “Help, fuck, fuck help,” Jake yelled with his hand grabbing at the sand. He felt disoriented and panicked for a second but laughter over came all those feelings. “Come here, come here, I’m falling into the middle of the world,” his voice cracked but out of pure excitement.
